1. Order Processing Time

   All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the moment payment is received. Once the order is ready, the package is handed over to the courier or logistics company.

   Estimated delivery times are:

   Southern Europe: Italy, Portugal, and Spain: 10-25 business days
   Southeastern Europe: Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia: 15-25 business days
   Western Europe: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands: 10-30 business days
   Scandinavia: Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Ireland. 15-25 business days
   Malta 20-60 business days
   Cyprus and Greece 20-45 business days.

   Shipment Tracking
   Most orders have a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during ordering after the package has been shipped.

   European countries.
   If you order multiple items, shipments may be delivered separately.

   Delivery Delays
   In exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as:
   logistics delays,

   increased order volume during promotional and holiday periods. We make every effort to ensure every order arrives as quickly as possible.

   Incorrect delivery address
   The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is provided. If the order has already been shipped, address changes may not be possible.

   If your parcel arrives damaged or was not delivered within the estimated time, please contact us: giftlab@wp.pl. In your report, please provide:

   description of the problem,

   photos (if applicable).
